电话和客户沟通肯定要的。至于你经常让你同事帮你听电话说明你的听损比较重。还是配助听器，要不你的工作会更累的。

男朋友前段时间升职了（之前他一直担心自己听力不好，公司裁员的话会第一个裁他），去了一个新的部门，到新的部门后他把自己听力不好的情况向新领导反映了，结果领导没有任何含糊的说：这个无所谓，谁还能没点缺陷。所以，希望各位朋友要对自己有信心，不要把听障当成是一种负担，只要肯努力不断提升自己，总会绽放光芒的。我男朋友是中重度耳聋，工作时主要靠助听器与人交流。

You are right. My both ear is seriously deaf. Left ear have not hope. Right ear is taken hearing aids now. However, my English listening is very poor. I really need to ask my colleague to leave comment to me. If the company want me to call with customer, many customers will doubt my ability. This is very tired for me. So I usually ask myself that I want to do good job. I will not let other people look down on me. In fact, many peoples will not understand our feel.

不知道你为什么要说英语？！你努力工作就是因为怕别人看不起你？说真的，你的英语水平不怎么高啊（感觉上面的话有些小语法错误），至少这个坛子里英语水平比你高应该不少吧，比如说旋旋，再比如本人（先凑个数，呵呵）。你说英语是不是因为你自卑呢？心态很重要啊，大家同病相怜，谁也不要自卑，谁也不要看不起谁！！

论坛里最好说中文，大部分网友看不懂那洋文，到了外国再去说洋文吧。说实在的除了出国或工作原因有需要外，洋文对中国人来说没一点用途。
