难以想象小老虎也会这么差,孩子们又不会很好表达。怎么会这样?确认是全新的产品吗?不会本身就是返修机器吧。还有,修理次数得有个限制吧;超过多少次,再出现问题,要求换新机。投诉邮件,是不是发给全球总部?告诉他们, feel extremely disappointed at your product and customer service, can't believe these could be related to the world class brand Oticon,等等。我女儿用的也是奥迪康的,但不是小老虎,目前为止,还算工作正常,我就是总怀疑本底噪音是不是超标了,至今是个谜。 |
