1、Could you please introduce the global strategy of Interacoustics? 请您介绍下丹麦国际听力设备公司的全球性策略？
At Interacoustics，our ambition is to be THE company delivering leading diagnostic solution, Interacoustics has developed and offered products for hearing testing and diagnosing for more than 40 years and is today market leader within most of these areas. However, we want to continue to strengthen our position by developing the best solutions and delivering the best quality, service and training, so every day, our goal is to do even better than the day before.

2、We can see that Interacoustics has released more and more new products in recent years,Could you tell us about your R&D?我们看到近几年丹麦国际听力设备公司发布了越来越多新的产品，请问您可否介绍下有关贵公司的研发工作？
Over the past ten years, we have constantly enhanced our development function and today have more than 50 R&D staffs, which develops and improves products and solutions that can help hearing healthcare professionals all over world do an even better job and thus help their customers-the end-users,we are presently working on a number of new and exciting projects and on establishing new measurement methods, and we are looking forward to introducing these new products and methods in the years to come, in that connection, I would like to mention our ASSR module to be used with our ABR system(brainstem audiometry)called Eclipse, Eclipse is quite unique in terms of both the precision with which i measures and the speed at which it measures.

3、 How do you see the future of the diagnostic industry?您怎么看听力诊断行业的未来？
In the recent years, we have seen a consolidation in the diagnostic industry. This consolidation has not only been driven by increased development and distribution costs, but also by toughened requirements for documentation and registrations in many markets, including China, we believe that this consolidation will continue.

China is probably the largest growth market in the world within our line of business, and we expect it to continue grow in the coming years.Outside China, recent year's primary growth is to be found within equipment for balance measurement as well as hearing screening and diagnosing for children. It is important that we all contribute to the improvement of hearing screening programs for children. As the lives of children with hearing loss can be significantly improve if their hearing loss is remedied as early as possible.

4、How did the global financial crisis influence your business last year?去年爆发了席卷全球的金融危机，请问国际听力怎么看待这场危机，是否受到该危机的影响？
In 2009, the global financial crisis impacted many lines of business and companies, fortunately, our business was not that severely affected by the crisis, so we estimate that the total market for equipment for hearing testing and diagnosing was the same in 2009 as in 2008, we grew by almost 20% in 2009 of which 8 was organic growth, so we are quite content as regards the development in the diagnostic industry.

5、Regarding social responsibility, what has Interacoustics done or what does it plan to do?在承担社会责任方面，丹麦国际听力已经做了些什么或者有什么计划？
Both Interacoustics and our parent company William Demant Holding A/S focus very much on social responsibility, it is thus part of William Demant Holding's mission statement to set high ethical standards in its way of doing business, within our natural sphere of interest, we are committed to doing our part to help tackle social and environmental challenges beyond the obligations imposed on us by Danish law.

Recently,William Demant Holding joined the UN Global Compact initiative, pledging the Group to comply with and promote the principles of human and labour rights,environmental protection and anti-corruption and to report on the results of this work on an annual basis.

6、How do you see Interacoustics' business development in China?What is your strategy in China?您如何看国际听力在中国的业务发展？你们在中国的策略是什么？
China is undoubtedly the most important growth market for us. Our business in China has growth immensely over the past five years. We believe it to be a universal truth that the easiest way to continue to grow is through excellent products, service and training. And only id we focus on all three elements- and actually enhance our effort- do we gets satisfied customers who will reward us by placing orders with us.
毫无疑问，中国是我们最重要的增长性市场，我们的业务在过去五年中取得非常大的增长，我们相信放之四海皆通的保持增长真理就是提供卓越的产品、服务和培训，而且，也只有通过专注于这三个方面，切合实际加强我们的努力，才能获得客户满意，这样他（她）们才会通过给我们订单来回报我们。
